In both teams' 2018 Great Northwest Athletic Conference (GNAC) opener, the visiting Concordia Cavaliers defeated Western Oregon Wolves in four sets (25-19, 24-26, 25-22, 25-20) to improve to 4-4 overall and 1-0 in the GNAC. Tori Johnson paced the Cavs with 15 kills to go with her .367 hitting percentage. Callie Wilkins had 26 digs while Faith Bowman had 10 to lead the way for CU.
